The EVASION roof top tent opens via a full pop-up mechanism to maximize living area inside the tent. 

To maximize airflow and cross flow ventilation, there are entrances on both sides of the tent, and for extreme climate conditions, ventilation can also be assisted by the solar-powered ventilation system. Access to the tent is easily gained on either side by using the sturdy folding ladder that comes standard with all James Baroud roof top tents.

Additional Hardshell James Baroud Roof Top Tent features:

Tent Fabric: It is our guarantee that you will not find a more outperforming, top quality fabric on any other roof top tent. All James Baroud RTT's utilize a proprietary aluminized polyester with acrylic coating which is UV resistant, solar reflective, 100% waterproof and breathable. 
We guarantee you won't find a higher-quality, better-performing fabric on any roof top tent.  All doors/windows are covered with high quality insect-proof netting.

Mattress: The most important feature or your roof top tent is the part you sleep on: The mattress. All James Baroud roof top tents feature a 3" thick high-density moisture resistant foam mattress. Mattresses have a zippered cover for easy removal and cleaning. 

Interior Storage: All tents include a removable storage pocket for stowing phones, wallets, keys, tablets, headlamps, clothing or anything else you need to quickly stash inside the tent. The EVASION hard shell tents include an additional large ceiling storage net.  

Assisted Opening: Patented gas strut-assisted opening makes set up incredibly fast and easy - less than half a minute, and almost as fast to collapse back down. 

Simple Mounting: Hard shell tents are very easy to mount to your roof rack. Roof top tents feature reinforced mounting rails integrated into the lower shell of the tent, and include installation brackets, allowing easy direct mounting to most aftermarket roof rack systems.

Ladder: Entry to the tent is easily gained by using the included, specially-designed telescoping high quality aluminum ladder. This unique design automatically adjusts to the height of your vehicle and prevents bending while you are resting in your the tent.

Durability and Extreme Weather Performance: All James Baroud tents have passed an intense durability test, and you can sleep in confidence knowing that James Baroud tents are waterproof and tested in winds up to 60 mph.  For added comfort in extreme temperatures, add a Comfort Mat under your mattress (see Accessories). 

Outer Shell: The outer shell of all James Baroud hard shell tents (available in 3 colors and literally countless custom colors) utilizes fiberglass fortified polyester. Aerodynamic channels on the upper shell provide structural rigidity and help decrease wind noise while increasing fuel economy. 

LED Flashlight: All hard shell tents are equipped with a bright 15-LED rechargeable flashlight. Made of tough polycarbonate with an integrated belt clip, the light may be removed from the tent and carried around camp to illuminate your way wherever you go. Includes a USB charging cord along with a charge indicator LED . 

Ventilation: James Baroud hardshell tents feature a unique  solar electric ventilation fan. The ventilation fan is completely waterproof and can run up to 24 hours on a single charge. Additional air vents with integrated dust filters on each side of the tent provide air circulation inside while the tent is closed. 

Industry Leading Warranty: James Baroud roof top tents come with the most inclusive warranty on the market: 5 years for hardshell tents. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects and failure of the tent fabric, shell, and strut mechanism. I tell you what, I have been researching for months for the perfect Ethiopian Bible for myself. I have a kindle version of a different one, and it crashes my kindle. So on to hunt for the perfect hard copy. Took me forever y’all. Similar to how there’s other translations of Bibles, it seemed not all wording was the same for every Ethiopian Bible I looked into. Nothing major, just little touches here and there. Some wording was bland and couldn’t hold my attention because it was dry, and some the print was soooo tiny, etc. I wanted some flair. My kindle version had it, but there wasn’t a hard copy of it. And then I found this one. The wording is beautiful. It’s got flair. It’s flowery without being excessive. It’s very descriptive in a way that stirs my soul. I was looking for that in the English version. This has an almost whimsical vibe but not in a Disney way. I’m not sure I can wholly express myself here. This Bible is simply absolutely stunning. The verbiage is beautiful, without pushing the boundary into frufru. It’s honest yet descriptive. It blooms without needless extra junk. It sticks to the truth while being almost poetry. I really don’t know how to describe it. I just know I read a sample of it on the kindle version and it really spoke to me. Genesis 1:1 was all I needed to see to know this was what I’d been searching for. I’m really glad I chose this one. So the writing style: I firmly believe the writer was touched by God during this process. I already said I loved the style. But for most of us, that’s how we choose a translation. It’s one we can easily read, and one that keeps us interested. And this one just ignited me. It’s perfect. This is a true blessing to read. The artwork is beautiful. They are in the pencil drawing style. I like the lack of color. The facial expressions are so good too. I don’t know if they were hand drawn and replicated, or if it’s AI. Either way the art is chefs kiss. The font you guys! I can read this as a hard copy. I also bought a magnifier, but returned it. Granted, I do have a new pair of bifocals, but this font size is manageable and better than other books. Any smaller and it would be too small for me to read though, so it’s not a large print. I usually prefer kindle so I can adjust the font and it’s portable. This font is on par with a few other hard copy Bibles I have, so it’s doable. The size of the Bible is considered 2xl. So I was able to find a Bible book cover for it. I’m just not sure my Bible tabs will still allow it to fit Bible tabs. I haven’t put them on because I mentioned above they might not fit in the Bible cover. So I’m gonna have to make a compromise somewhere. But that really doesn’t have to do with the book though huh. I wish this Bible came with the thumb indention at the start of the chapters. It would be helpful because there’s also nothing at the top of the page to tell you where you’re at. And there’s no included ribbon page markers. I feel that if I’m gonna stick to the idea of wanting to use my tabs, I’ll have to switch to a Bible bag instead of a zippered cover. Yes, the inside of the Bible matters more than the outside of it, but I still want a cute unakward way to carry it. I like that this is hardback. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel. But this Bible is pretty big. I feel a softback cover would bend too much while you’re trying to read, and it would be unwieldy. I plan on dragging this around with me to church and can appreciate its sturdiness. Now this physical copy has 88 books in it. A Protestant Bible has the traditional 66. This has an extra 22 chapters in it. So carrying it is manageable. Again, it’s big, but portable. Then mine has an additional 713 books available digitally. So the digital content is neat. There’s a menu of all the extra available content. There’s daily rewards, chats, audio and video options, and a forum. It’s not an app though. So it has you start on a webpage. From there I was able to send it to my Home Screen, and just pretend it’s an app. But it not being an app isn’t a dealbreaker. And I do not know if you buy the kindle version, if all the extra content is on kindle or still the webpage. Also, they are quick to respond to everyone. My only concern though, is that it says my digital content is only available for a year. This is a lot of content and I’m not sure I’ll finish it in a year. I don’t know what happens after the year, to be able to keep reading. I’ll have to ask them because it’s quite extensive content and I want to see it all. I’ve been struggling lately. I need some Jesus on my life. I wanted a Bible to connect with, that makes reading it enjoyable. I have no doubt this book is going to be a major component in helping me return to the light. Thank you Edward Jones and team. This will truly change so many lives. I originally received the one containing only 500 something books. Getting it replaced with the 801 books version was easy peasy. I love a smooth resolution.
